As with all other types of education, bridging from theory to practice is difficult. Practice makes perfects, but how do you get there from the theory?

Join the Passive House Academy New Zealand for four weeks of two-hour online discussions with experienced Passive House Designers Elrond Burrell, Jessica Eyers, Tim Ross, and Joe Lyth.

02 May 2022, 6-8pm
From idea to project: talking with clients, using PHPP as a design tool; the realities of shading and actual site conditions

09 May 2022, 6-8pm
Assembling the team: co-operating with certifiers, surveyors, engineers, contractors, suppliers

16 May 2022, 6-8pm
Money: talking with council/banks/valuers/insurance; ways to keep budgets in check, and manage client expectations

23 May 2022, 6-8pm
The devil is in the detail: tricky ventilation and construction details that need solutions

Prerequisites: This course is exclusively for Certified Passive House Designer or Consultants – no exceptions!
