How does a Passive House project need to be documented for certification? What is the role of the builder and site supervisor?

Toby Brooke from Sustainable Engineering will walk you through the process, and there will be ample time for questions!

Specific requirements:
This seminar is delivered via Zoom. You need a device with Zoom installed to attend. This is a seminar for Certified Tradespersons, and prior knowledge to this level is assumed. 

Programme outline:
Toby will start by outlining the documents required by the Passive House Certifier at the final review, and what a builder should be doing to help with these:

•     Photos
•     Ventilation commissioning
•     Blower door test
•     Construction managers declaration

Then he will move on to matters that are not required but very important:

•     Prelining test
•     Airtightness details
•     Airtightness champion
•     Drawing set review
•     Specialist product availability/timeframes

Lastly, he will look at the requirements for renewing the Tradesperson certificate.
