Dimas Rodriguez is the Associate Director and a Senior Building Enclosure Engineer at Oculus Building Science & Facades, specializing in sustainable, high-performance enclosure solutions. As an experienced Passive House designer and certified WUFI analyst, he excels in the thermal bridging mitigation, movement accommodation, and intricate building enclosure detailing from below grade to the roof.

His work focuses on ensuring robust control layer continuity and material compatibility across diverse use cases—from bespoke residential homes with complex geometries and large glazing suites to multi-storey educational facilities and commercial curtain walls. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology (Summa Cum Laude) from the New York Institute of Technology, Dimas brings military-honed discipline from his US Army service to seamlessly bridge architectural aesthetics with advanced building physics.
