Offsite Design Ltd – Bridging the gap between design and construction

Offsite Design Ltd are a specialist consultancy providing expert design, fabrication modelling, and digital construction services that streamline the pathway from concept to completed structure in the delivery of modern timber buildings.

With deep knowledge of Passivhaus and NZ timber framing practices, Offsite Design helps architects integrate thermal performance, airtightness, and buildability from the outset to achieve affordable panelised solutions.

Their OSM3604® service for architects is a design-to-delivery system intended for panelised light timber frames, tailored for New Zealand’s residential and small-scale commercial sectors.

Offsite Design also serves builders and fabricators through their Digibuildâ„¢ offering to reduce onsite risks, accelerate timelines, and generally take some of the headache out of prefabrication and construction.

Whether it’s optimising building designs for offsite manufacture, coordinating BIM models for fabrication, or preparing factory-ready panel data, Offsite Design bridges the gap between high-performance design intent and real-world delivery.
