This Certified Passive House Plus is a highly appointed two level family home that replaces the previous home damaged in the earthquake of 2011. The concept was designed by Jessica Eyres of Hiberna and the detail design completed by Ross Bennett. Part of the client brief was to include a separate office space that could also be used as an apartment with private access from the main entrance. It has a 7kW roof mounted solar PV system along with a hot water heat-pump and Zehnder Q350 MHRV and joinery manufactured by Thermadura.
