A single level family home nestled below the magnificent Te Mata Peak in Havelock North. Designed by Vlada Acimovic and built by Ian & Sharon Welsh working with the client who had give a particular focus on future proofing this home with on site power generation, power storage and water harvesting. Although grid tied the power bills will amount to a few coffees a month in winter and pay for a few coffees in the summer!
