Located on a sloping site in Dunedin’s Leith Valley this 4-bedroom house looks out over a mixture of farmland and native bush.
The house is designed for a couple with adult children so the main bedroom and living areas are all located on the upper level of the house which is accessed by a bridge from the upper-level parking area. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a small double garage.
