Luke is committed to high-performance building and is a Certified Passive House Tradesperson, with a strong understanding of airtightness, thermal performance, and the precision required to successfully deliver Passive House and high-performance homes.

The company has also developed particular expertise in Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) construction, and is widely regarded as one of Tauranga’s leading SIP panel construction specialists, with practical on-site experience delivering projects using SIP systems.
