Local Chapter Event March 2026: Auckland

Event details

We’re inviting you to a mid-build open home in Whangaripo, Auckland – and you’re welcome to come along.

You’ll see a high-performance SIP home aiming for Passive House Certification under construction and have the opportunity to take a look inside while the build is in progress.

When:

Thursday 12th March – between 12pm – 2pm

(Feel free to come and go whenever you please)

Where:
Whangaripo, Auckland
(We’ll share the full street address with you after registration)

Who will be there?

Members from Formance, WEL Architecture, Upscale Construction & Constructure will be there to discuss SIPs, building energy-efficient homes & to answer any of your questions about the project!

Cost:
No cost, however, registration is required.

Other information:

From the main road to site is approximately 600m of gravel track. An AWD/4WD vehicle is recommended, as some 2WD cars may find the access challenging.

If your vehicle isn’t suitable for gravel access, please let us know when registering and we can arrange a lift from the main road.

This home is mid-construction, so please follow all site signage and instructions. Sign-in will be required on arrival.
