Not Just a Passivhaus

Have you ever wondered what it is like inside a Passivhaus in the middle of winter.  Here is your opportunity.  Nathan Edmondston will be hosting the next Nelson Marlborough Passive House local chapter event at his own certified Passivhaus.

This house was also the first in New Zealand to receive a 10* Homestar V5 rating which signifies market leadership in residential design.  Nathan will give a short presentation on what he has done on this house that has earned this distinction as well as the simple steps that were taken to achieve Passivhaus certification.
