The growing trend for residential dwellings in Aotearoa NZ is towards subdivisons as a way of creating a community feel while addressing the burgeoning population across our country.
As part of the PHINZ Open Discussion, series join Glenn Harley in a discussion with Peter Bielski of Ethos Homes on the challenges and learnings of building homes in New Zealand’s first certified Passive House Subdivision, Bushland Park.
