Designed by local Architect, Duncan Sinclair of Black Pine, this eHaus is set in the rural landscape north of Whanganui. This two-storey, 3-bedroom, family home was sited to capture the magnificent views of the mountains through the huge picture window in the lounge. The owners, a retired couple, love the all year round comfort and warmth the home provides. The 5 kW photovoltaic solar array and solar thermal hot water systems mean the home generates more energy than the owners can consume, providing huge savings.
