Our members provide a range of services and products for use in Passive House projects. The directory includes Certified Passive House professionals, who have successfully completed the requirements of the Passive House Institute to gain the following qualifications:

We are a new Start Up (2024) building what will be certified Passive Houses. We are starting a 440m2 Passive Show Home for the industry in Tauranga BOP – starting early 2025.
Each build will be a repeating modular approach, applying proven tested methods, products and execution on details to ascertain the same ACH value, on each subsequent project.
Both myself, and the GC LBP, shall be Passive House Tradesperson certified. We shall be conducting our own blower testing and offering this as a service to clients.
We are building in ICF and SIPS, focussing on Embodied Carbon reduction through a reduced Operational Carbon footprint.
We are additionally investing in global cutting edge renewable energy technology, as part of the business model.
