Amy Tankard: My Journey to Passive House

2 years ago, Amy Tankard (CEO of Passive House Institute New Zealand, Te Tōpūtanga o te Whare Korou ki Aotearoa) was seeking a warm, dry, healthy and energy-efficient home for her whānau, but couldn’t find anything suitable. Since then, she has been on a journey from zero knowledge of Passive House to being the first CEO of PHINZ and planning her very own Passive House, which is about to commence construction.

 In this talk, Amy will share the process she went through to get to this point, lessons learnt, the features planned for the home, and next steps.

 Amy will be happy to take questions, and members of the PHINZ Board will also be on hand with their technical and practical knowledge.
