A compact and modest low-carbon Passive House in Waikuku, Canterbury. Built with no concrete on reusable steel piles (Surefoot) and with internal linings made from upcycled packaging waste (Saveboard.) Construction management by Finbo Construction Project Management, built by Ethos Homes. Passive House and carbon consulting led by Jonathan Holmes of VIA architecture.
