VIA architecture Ltd also consults to architects and designers to ensure their design can meet the Passive House standard without compromising their creativity. This includes; design reviews, detail reviews, PHPP modelling, energy and carbon modelling, thermal bridge modelling, blower door air testing, site observation.
Elrond Burrell, director of VIA architecture and Registered Architect (UK), is one of NZ’s most experienced Passive House Designers and has been designing and consulting on Passive House homes, offices, apartment buildings and schools in NZ, AUS, Canada, the Middle East and the UK for over a decade.
