Single family home with a challenging floor plan and high ceilings, compensated for with good slab edge detailing, solar gain and a higly insulated ceiling. The floor is a concrete slab on expanded polystyrene, the walls are 190mm timber framing with 45mm services cavity, and the roof is 400mm parallel chord trusses. Windows are from Bayerwald in Germany and are triple glazed timber-aluminium. The airtightness system is by Pro Clima and the insulation in walls and ceilings in from Terra Lana.
