Design and Make Architects is committed improving our built environment, both aesthetically and environmentally. Passive houses are sensible and cost-effective long term for the occupants. They encourage all their clients to at minimum have an energy model and cost analysis of various improvements. Elizabeth Guthrey is their in-house Certified Passive House Designer, with a house design in progress in Christchurch to be passive house certified.
